Homemade Deep Conditioner (HDC) AVOCADO/OIL/HERBS/COCONUT MILK

Today I made a homemade conditioner. I took some well known hair ideas and mixed some things together. lol

WHAT YOU NEED
AVOCADO- 1 ( rich vitamins promote health and strength)
HONEY- 1 TBSP (adds luster and shine to hair)
OIL (OLIVE, SAFFLOWER, COCONUT, ETC.) 1-2 TBSP ( adds moisture + other benefits depending on what kind of oil you use)
COCONUT MILK- 1 CUP (protein and vitamins strengthen hair. CM is high in fat which softens and de-frizzes the hair, some say it promotes growth)
FRESH ROSEMARY- USE OWN JUDGEMENT (promotes growth)
BLENDER, FOOD PROCESSOR, HAND BLENDER

DIRECTIONS
Pull Rosemary leaves from branch, put those leaves in 1-2 tbsp of oil, microwave oil and Rosemary leaves 1-2 mins. Let that sit. Peel and pit avocado, and cut it up into a couple pieces. Pour measured coconut milk into your blender, bowl, etc., followed by avocados, Pour 1 tbsp of honey in a separate container and microwave that 10-15 secs and pour in with avocados and coconut milk, strain Rosemary leaves from oil and pour strained oil in blender. Blend as desired. There may be small pieces of avocado left (that is okay).

There are a few different conditioners you can make, besides this avocado/coconut milk/oil. I will have another entry listing some.
APPLICATION
This DC will be a runny consistency. If you desire a more pasty DC just put the mixture in the fridge for 1-2 days with out a top, to allow the water to evaporate out of the coconut milk. Application can get messy so put a towel on the floor where you are applying. I apply the front first then I flip my head and apply. You can use a spoon or your hand to carefully apply the mixture. Do not get too worried about all the avocado pieces, it is easy to sweep. Put on a cap to sit for at least 1-2 hours. Rinse thoroughly, 3X and  shampoo. There may be a few pieces of avocado left in you hair, it will rinse out in your next wash. Your hair will be slippery and soft.
